Formed in the Spring of 1997, Mountain Top Builder's Inc. has constructed in excess of twenty quality, custom homes in Grand County, Colorado. The principals and employees have over 70 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. We closely monitor every detail of a project to ensure a superior product and a positive building experience.
We spend front end project time with each client to carefully review the client's needs, set expectations for the building process, and to understand the desired outcomes. Mountain Top Builders uses time-tested methods to support the construction process. This enables the principles to concentrate on our clients' individual issues. We take into consideration both the limitations and the possibilities of each client's project based on their budget, their desired timing, and the building site or existing construction issues.
Mountain Top Builders is a small volume, high quality builder that self performs all management and carpentry work while subcontracting specialty trades such as excavation, plumbing, heating and electrical. We feel employing a small, skilled crew provides continuity throughout the project and assures greater quality control
