Mountain Top Builders attracts and retains local crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers that are experienced, creative, and who take pride in their craft.
Each member of our crew is a direct employee, has a high level of technical knowledge, and the ability to apply their knowledge to the specific projects on which they are working. They understand the challenges of building fine homes in the mountains and are always thinking about ways to improve our approach. While our crew's focus is carpentry, each member has a breadth of experiences and skills allowing them to handle a variety of on-site tasks, resulting in a cleaner, safer, higher quality project. Our crew members do what they say they will, on time and courteously.
We have an extensive safety program in place that not only insures the safety of our workers and subcontractors, but also allows us to contain our overall Worker's Compensation and liability margin costs. This translates to a safer work environment and lower overhead.
