Mountain Top Builders has experience in several types of home construction, including traditional, wood frame, log, and timber frame. Any of these types lend themselves to energy efficient alternatives, such as structurally insulated panels (SIPS), insulated concrete forms (ICFs), and a variety of energy star rated products.
We believe that it is important to respect and protect the earth's resources whenever possible. We are always seeking new ways to incorporate energy-efficient designs and use renewable materials. We often suggest the use of energy efficient systems and environmentally friendly products early in the building process. Our goal is to reach a balance between our client's wishes, the project budget, overall aesthetics, and responsible building.
